A locally trusted lawn care company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking skills, and is confident using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Job Duties
– Perform accurate and timely data entry for customer accounts, invoices, and job logs
– Manage financial records and billing through QuickBooks Online
– Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for job tracking, payroll, and scheduling
– Assist with general office tasks including filing, customer communication, and scheduling
– Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
– Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, sorting, formatting, etc.)
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Previous administrative experience preferred
– Lawn care industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
