Local business is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position that combines customer service, product support, order processing, inventory coordination, and inside sales support within the industrial lubricant, chemical, coolant, and filtration industry.
This is not just a sedentary office position. Employees work closely with warehouse staff, delivery drivers, customers, and vendors throughout the day to ensure orders are processed accurately and prepared for delivery in a timely manner. The right candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and possess strong technical product knowledge.
We are specifically seeking candidates with previous experience in lubricants, automotive parts, industrial supply, chemicals, filtration products, diesel products, fleet maintenance, agriculture, trucking, or related industries.

Job Duties
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
– Assist customers with orders, product recommendations, technical questions, and troubleshooting
– Process orders accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
– Coordinate with warehouse personnel and delivery drivers to ensure orders are staged, accurate, and ready prior to delivery
– Communicate with customers regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates
– Enter orders, invoices, and customer information into company systems accurately and timely
– Assist with inventory inquiries and product lookups
– Support inside sales and customer service operations
– Work with multiple orders, customers, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
– Maintain organized documentation and order records
– Help resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
– Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email communication
– Maintain strong product knowledge across lubricants, coolants, filtration systems, chemicals, and industrial products
Job Requirements
– Previous experience in industrial supply, automotive parts, lubricants, filtration, chemicals, fleet maintenance, trucking, agriculture, or related industries STRONGLY preferred.
– Strong understanding of lubricants, oils, coolants, filters, or industrial chemical products strongly preferred
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong computer and data entry skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Ability to learn extensive product lines and applications
– Experience with inventory, inside sales, or order processing preferred
– Valid driver’s license required
– Must pass background screening
