We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Waitstaff to join a retirement community dining team. This position is responsible for providing friendly meal service to residents while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional dining environment.

Job Duties
– Take resident meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
– Assist residents with menu questions and accommodate dietary needs when appropriate
– Set up and clean dining areas before, during, and after meal service
– Refill beverages, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
– Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery
– Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
– Provide compassionate and respectful customer service to senior residents
– Assist with special events, banquets, or community dining activities as needed
Job Requirements
– Previous restaurant, hospitality, or waitstaff experience preferred but not required
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
– Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
– Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays for extended periods
– Food handler certification is a plus
– Must be able to pass a criminal background check
