We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundsman to join a local arbor/tree service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hands-on crew. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Schedule: Starts at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment.
Job Duties
– Assist with tree trimming and removal projects
– Feed and operate brush chippers safely
– Drag and clean up branches, brush, and debris
– Support climbers and crew members on job sites
– Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
-Follow all safety procedures and directions from crew leaders
Job Requirements
– Experience in tree service, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred (not required)
– Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
– Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual labor
– Dependable with a strong work ethic
– Ability to work safely in a team environment
