Advanced Employment Services is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer for a full-time position. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to produce high-quality flooring installations.

Job Duties
– Install various flooring materials including carpet, vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile
– Measure and prepare work areas for installation
– Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors as needed
– Cut, fit, and secure flooring materials with precision
– Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
– Maintaina clean and safe work environment
Job Requirements
– Previous flooring installation experience required
– Ability to read a tape measure accurately
– Experience using flooring installation tools and equipment
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
– Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
– Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
– Dependable attendance and positive attitude
