Potential to Transition into Full-Time Employment
We are currently seeking a dependable and self-motivated Property Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. This position starts at approximately 20 hours per week but has the potential to become full-time for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, be comfortable working independently, and possess their own basic tools and reliable transportation.
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with potential for full-time employment
Job Duties
– Performing general property repairs and preventative maintenance
– Basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and fixture replacement
– Troubleshooting and completing minor plumbing and maintenance tasks
– Maintaining clean, safe, and functional properties
– Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
– Assisting with property inspections and identifying repair needs
– Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
Job Requirements
– Previous property maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred
– Must provide your own basic tools
– Reliable transportation required
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as needed
Backgrounds: Felonies considered on a case-by-case basis.
