We are seeking a professional, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic massage services. The ideal candidate will have excellent client-care skills, strong knowledge of massage techniques, and the ability to create a comfortable and professional environment for every client.
Compensation
$35.00 per hour

Job Duties
– Provide professional massage therapy services based on each client’s individual needs and preferences.
– Consult with clients before sessions to discuss areas of concern, goals, medical considerations, and preferred pressure.
– Perform appropriate massage techniques within the therapist’s training, licensing, and scope of practice.
– Modify techniques when necessary based on client needs, comfort, and contraindications.
– Maintain professional boundaries and protect client privacy and confidentiality.
– Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room.
– Properly clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas between clients.
– Maintain accurate client documentation as required.
– Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
– Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience from beginning to end.
– Follow all applicable health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards.
– Maintain a current massage therapy license and any required certifications.
Job Requirements
– Current Massage Therapist license required.
– Must be in good standing with applicable licensing requirements.
– Previous massage therapy experience preferred.
– Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage techniques, and contraindications.
– Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain scheduled appointments.
– Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
– Ability to perform the physical requirements of massage therapy, including standing for extended periods and repetitive use of the hands, -wrists, arms, and upper body.
