Lori Lambrecht Schweigert, a native of Billings, MT, has over 19 years of experience in the human resources field. Her previous roles include working as an independent insurance agent and an insurance underwriter. Lori is married to John, and together they have three children: Samantha, Jeannie, and Robbie. In her free time, she enjoys nightly walks with her dogs and swimming for relaxation. Educated at West High School and Eastern Montana College, Lori holds a degree in Business Management. She finds immense satisfaction in her career, cherishing the opportunity to positively impact others' lives.

Shannon has been a resident of Billings, Montana since 1981. Although she has also lived in Great Falls, MT, Spokane, WA, and Salt Lake City, UT, she ultimately returned to Billings. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. Shannon attended Lockwood Schools, Billings Senior High, and Eastern Montana College. She enjoys her role behind the scenes at Advanced Employment, managing payroll. Shannon has been a valued member of the Advanced Employment team for many years.

Taylor joined Advanced Employment in 2013 and brings 10 years of experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries. As a results-oriented Operations Manager and Recruiting Director, she excels in developing effective strategies to enhance employee recruitment and retention. Her ultimate goal is to deliver superior service to both employees and clients. Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and cherishes quality moments with friends and family.

Lindsey has proudly called the Billings area home since 1998. She is the proud mother of five beautiful children and brings a strong background in leadership, client relations, and staffing management. Lindsey has over three years of experience as an Office and Staff Manager with Advanced Employment Services, where she has played a key role in daily operations, employee supervision, recruiting support, and client service. She specializes in client development and building strong professional relationships, helping businesses find qualified talent while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process. Her dedication, organizational skills, and commitment to both clients and candidates have made her a valuable asset to the Advanced Employment team and the employers she serves.

Amanda has been with Advanced Employment Services and is a valued member of the team for over 10 years, first in payroll and now in her current role. She is passionate about connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities and helping businesses find the right talent to succeed. When she's not working, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors, attending live music events, and making memories with family and friends. She is also a proud dog mom to three dogs who accompany her to the office each day, bringing plenty of smiles to coworkers and visitors alike.
