We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Garage Door Installer to join a busy installation team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires someone who is comfortable working with tools, lifting heavy materials, working overhead, and staying active throughout the workday.
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build experience in the garage door installation industry. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment where reliability, physical ability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are important.

Job Duties
– Assist with the installation of residential and/or commercial garage doors
– Install door sections, tracks, rollers, brackets, hardware, and related components
– Assist with garage door openers and operating systems
– Measure, level, align, and properly secure garage door components
– Load and unload doors, equipment, tools, and materials
– Safely use hand and power tools
– Remove existing garage doors and related hardware when necessary
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow instructions and established installation procedures
– Work efficiently with other installers and crew members
– Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
– Provide professional and respectful service while working at customer properties
Job Requirements
Physical Requirements
Applicants must be physically capable of performing demanding installation work, including:
• Regularly lifting and carrying heavy and awkward materials
• Working with arms overhead for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Climbing and working from ladders
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Working in garages, warehouses, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
• Previous garage door, construction, installation, maintenance, or similar hands-on experience is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand and power tools are strongly preferred
• Must be dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time
• Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to measurements and details
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn proper installation procedures
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a crew
