We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience along with a strong background in construction and electrical work. This position requires someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable troubleshooting a variety of heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with competitive pay of $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties
– Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
– Diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and electrical issues
– Perform basic to intermediate electrical work related to HVAC systems
– Assist with HVAC installation on construction and remodeling projects
– Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment specifications
– Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely
– Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections
– Identify needed repairs and communicate findings clearly
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
– Follow all company procedures and applicable safety requirements
– Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
Job Requirements
– Previous HVAC experience strongly preferred
– Construction and electrical experience required/preferred
– Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
– Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
– Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures
– Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
– Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and coworkers
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
