A respected community-focused organization is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. This is a day shift role that requires weekend availability and involves working with individuals in a structured, secure, and supportive environment.
Job Duties
– Administer routine medical care, medications, and treatments according to medical protocols and licensing standards
– Perform health assessments and triage as needed
– Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
– Collaborate with other staff and external medical professionals to coordinate care
– Educate clients on wellness, hygiene, and medication adherence
– Follow all state and organizational policies regarding safety, confidentiality, and care protocols
Job Requirements
– Must be a currently licensed LPN or RN in the state of Montana (proof of license required)
– Ability to work a full-time day shift schedule, including weekends
– Prior experience in corrections, mental health, addiction recovery, or a similar environment is preferred but not required
– Must provide three professional references
– Strong communication and organizational skills
