Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience using Xactimate. This is a part-time, remote position offering a flexible schedule — perfect for someone looking to work independently while supporting a growing construction company.
About Xactimate:
Xactimate is a leading software platform used for property claims estimation. It is widely utilized by contractors, insurance adjusters, and restoration specialists to generate estimates for repairs following property damage (such as from water, fire, wind, or other incidents). Experience with Xactimate means you understand how to prepare detailed, accurate project estimates, especially those required for insurance claims and approvals.
Pay based on experience (to be discussed during the interview process)
Job Duties
– Create and manage estimates in Xactimate for insurance-related construction projects
– Communicate with insurance adjusters and clients to gather necessary information
– Prepare project documentation, contracts, and related paperwork
– Track claim status and follow up on outstanding items
– Maintain organized electronic files and databases
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Job Requirements
– Xactimate Experience Required
– Proven experience with Xactimate software
– Prior experience dealing with insurance claims is highly preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and general office technology
– Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
