About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth internal coordination, accurate financial recordkeeping, and top-notch communication with clients and vendors.
Job Duties
– Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
– Use QuickBooks to handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial records
– Answer and route calls professionally; serve as the first point of contact for clients
– Schedule appointments and coordinate with field teams
– Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
– Assist with documentation for insurance claims and project files
– Support company leadership with special projects as needed
Job Requirements
– Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
– Must be professional, courteous, and confident on the phone
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
– Familiarity with the restoration or construction industry is a plus
