Structural Welder
We are looking for a skilled and reliable structural welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding activities and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Job Duties
– Perform welding activities based on project requirements and specifications
– Operate welding equipment and prepare materials for welding
– Perform pre and post-inspection activities to ensure the quality of the welds
– Follow safety procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries
– Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to identify welding requirements
– Carry out repairs and maintenance activities on welding equipment
– Maintain accurate records of welding activities and materials used
Job Requirements
Education:
– High school diploma or GED equivalent
– Completion of a certified welding program preferred
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding activities
– Experience in structural welding preferred
Skills:
– Ability to operate welding equipment and tools
– Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures
– Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
